Conditions of Return:
GroBud Pty Ltd will be happy to assist customers who have bought product through the Company’ web store only.
Customers seeking to return the Product will need proof of purchase such as a sales receipt or an order number. Unless proof of purchase is provided, returns will not be considered.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For product(s) bought through other e-commerce or retails stores, consumers should refer to those parties Returns Policy.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Warranty:
Products sold by GroBud or its authorised agents and retailers are covered by GroBud’s standard 12-month warranty covering defective product. In jurisdictions such as the European Union and other countries requiring longer warranty periods, the warranty shall be 24 months. In the event of a product fault GroBud Pty Ltd will:
- repair or replace the products;
- resupply or fix the problem; or
- compensate the customer.
Note: This warranty does not cover product which has been broken by a consumer or has been misused.
